INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 to 4 ounces of Butter
  • 8 ounces of Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Mix lemon juice, rinds, sugar, beaten eggs and butter into a double boiler. Cook 10 minutes or until the wooden spoon is coated with a thicken film. Remove and let cool. Pour in jars and refrigerate
